How We Take a Project from Enquiry to Handover

Our process is how we move from first enquiry to certified handover - for homeowners, landlords and commercial clients planning electrical work, solar, battery storage or EV charging across Surrey and selected South West London. Before installation begins, we survey the property, agree written scope and pricing, carry out the work to BS 7671, and hand over certification and documentation. The same four steps apply whether the job is a consumer unit upgrade or a full energy-system installation. The next step is a consultation or no-obligation site survey.

What to Expect from Us

Prompt Response & Fixed Quotes

We aim to respond to enquiries promptly, usually the same working day, and provide written, fixed-price quotes so you know what you are paying before any work starts. Scope is agreed in writing rather than left vague.

Neatly routed cabling and protected finishes during an electrical installation

Tidy, Respectful Installation

We protect your property during the work and leave every site clean at the end of each day. Our engineers work to a high standard - cables routed neatly, covers fitted flush, no damage to décor.

Electrical safety certificate and inspection report documents

Full Certification & Aftercare

Every job is signed off with the correct BS 7671 certificates, Part P notification where required, and a walkthrough so you understand everything that's been installed. We're available for questions long after the job is done.

Why Our Process Matters

A clear process protects you as a customer. When every step is documented - from the initial scope agreement to the final test certificate - there is no room for misunderstanding about what was agreed, what was done, or what you own at the end. This is especially important for electrical work, where poor communication between customer and installer leads to the majority of complaints.

Our four steps apply equally to a one-hour repair call-out and a six-week full rewire. The scale changes; the discipline does not. You should normally know clearly who is coming, when they are expected, and what they plan to do before they arrive.

4. Test & Handover

All installations are tested and certified. We walk you through the completed work, hand over all documentation and notify building control where required.
