Keeping Your Electrical Systems Safe & Reliable

A solar, battery or EV charging system is only as reliable as the electrical infrastructure and ongoing care behind it. Planned preventive maintenance is the most cost-effective way to keep your home or business safe, compliant and running without interruption. We offer periodic fixed-wire inspection, system monitoring, PAT testing, emergency fault-finding and ongoing maintenance contracts for domestic and commercial clients across Surrey and South West London. Whether you need a one-off EICR or a fully managed annual servicing programme, our engineers are ready. Done once, done right - and kept that way.

What We Offer

Engineer carrying out periodic inspection and EICR testing on a consumer unit

Periodic Inspection & EICR

Fixed-wire testing to BS 7671 with a full Electrical Installation Condition Report, including the consumer unit and circuits that support any solar, battery or EV charging equipment. Mandatory for landlords, recommended for any installation over ten years old, and often required for insurance and remortgage purposes.

Engineer diagnosing an electrical fault during a maintenance visit

Emergency Fault Finding & Repairs

Tripping breakers, dead circuits, inverter faults or burning smells? Our engineers diagnose and resolve faults quickly, using systematic testing to isolate the root cause and get your supply - and your energy system - restored safely.

PAT testing equipment used during a commercial electrical safety check

PAT Testing & Commercial Contracts

Portable appliance testing for offices, retail and hospitality. We also offer bespoke annual maintenance contracts covering planned visits, reactive call-outs and priority response for commercial clients.

Why Proactive Maintenance Pays

Most electrical failures are predictable. Loose terminations, overloaded circuits and ageing insulation all give early signs that trained engineers can identify long before they cause a fault - or worse, a fire. The same applies to solar and battery systems: a yield check or inverter inspection often catches a developing issue while it is still cheap to fix, rather than after it has affected performance.

For landlords, a valid EICR is a legal requirement and must be renewed every five years. For businesses, a documented maintenance programme demonstrates due diligence under the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989. We make compliance straightforward, providing clear certificates and remediation reports you can file with confidence.

Our Maintenance Process

1

1. Assess & Quote

You tell us what you need - annual inspection, emergency repair or a maintenance contract. We agree scope and give a clear, fixed quote.

2

2. Inspect & Test

Our engineer carries out a thorough visual and instrument test of the installation, recording all readings against BS 7671 requirements.

3

3. Report & Repair

You receive a written report with any observations categorised by urgency. We can carry out remedial work on the same visit where possible.

4

4. Certify & Follow Up

All completed work is certified and notified where required. We schedule your next inspection and send reminders so you never fall out of compliance.
