  • Existing wiring condition - degraded cables or non-compliant accessories can add remediation before new work proceeds.
  • Consumer unit condition - an older fuse board may need replacement to support new circuits safely.
  • Access and finish requirements - chasing, lifting floors, ceiling void access and making good all affect programme and cost.
  • Testing and certification - EICRs, EICs and Building Control notification add scope where regulations require them.
  • Faults discovered during inspection - latent issues found on site may extend the agreed scope, subject to quotation.
